Handling Time:
We aim to ship all orders within two business days.  The actual shipping time is out of our control but in most cases will be approximately 10-14 days.

Shipping Cost:
Shipping is calculated automatically through PayPal and will usually be correct.  However, if the actual shipping cost for your order varies from the PayPal calculation, we will invoice (or credit) you accordingly.   You will pay only the actual cost of shipping your order.  Typically we ship via Canada Post, or we will use the courier of your choice if requested (Purolater, UPS or Fedex).
