Baked Fish with Capers

Baked Lemon Cod with Capers
Ingredients:
1 lb CAPTIAN MORRISSEY’S SALT COD – desalted
1 lemon, sliced into rings
3 Tbsp Capers – chopped
1 clove of garlic – finely minced
1 tsp summer savory
½ cup EVOO or Grape Seed oil
A dash of pepper and a pinch of paprika
Directions:
Desalt fish according to taste
Arrange in a baking dish.
Season with pepper and paprika and drizzle with half of your oil.
Mix your minced garlic, chopped capers, summer savory with remaining oil.
Pour evenly over fish
Top the fish with the lemon rings.
Baked at 350° for 20 minutes
